Dr. Cohen’s Heatable AcuBall

Boiling instructions:
-Heat water on the stove. If this is your first time using the ball, do not boil water, but heat it to a comfortable temperature. If this temperature provides insufficient relief, you may then start to heat the ball to a greater temperature. Figuring out what works best for your body is key.
-Immerse AcuBall in water at the desired temperature for 12 minutes.
-Let the ball cool for a few minutes, then use.

Microwave instructions:
-Placing Acuball on microwave safe RING (included in package) to elevate it off the bottom of your microwave.
-Microwave for 50-60 seconds.
-Wait for few minutes to allow the heat to reach the surface.
-NEVER exceed 60 seconds in microwave. An AcuBall can and will bust or melt.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours when products are in stock. Delivery time will take 1- 7 business days depending on your location in Canada. 

Returns

We accept returns of unopened products up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Used products, or any items marked as non-refundable/Final sale are not within our return guidelines. 

For public health safe purposes we cannot accept any returns from products in the following categories due to hygiene reasons except products are defective.
