-Step1. Pull apart the vacuum packing
-Step2. Bring out the warmer pad; pull apart the paper on the adhesive layer
-Step3. Stick the adhesive layer onto your OUTSIDE of your underclothes. Never use it directly on your skin!
-Step4. After using it, just remove it.
*If necessary, use air-permeable bandage to fasten the bandage to joints. Should temperature feel uncomfortable, remove immediately.

-Keep out of reach of children and pets.
-External and single use only.
-Store the plaster in a cool and dry place.
-For individuals over the age of 12 only.
-Do not use if you are pregnant, lactating, or subject to the following conditions: high fever, diabetes, active tuberculosis, Malignant tumor, Rashes or damaged skin on the treatment area.
-Do not use on mucous membranes.
-If rash, redness, or itchiness of eye area occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor.
-Nightly use is recommended for a better effect.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours when products are in stock. Delivery time will take 1- 7 business days depending on your location in Canada. 

Returns

We accept returns of unopened products up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Used products, or any items marked as non-refundable/Final sale are not within our return guidelines. 

For public health safe purposes we cannot accept any returns from products in the following categories due to hygiene reasons except products are defective.
