Starting August 17, 2026, our free shipping offer will be available on orders of $179 or more, instead of the current $149 minimum.
Why are we making this change?
Over the past several months, we’ve seen significant increases in carrier and logistics costs, particularly with Canada Post and Purolator. As a result, we’ve had to make a small adjustment to our free shipping threshold.
Depending on the destination, weight, and size of the box, shipping costs can reach $50 or more for a single order.
While these costs have increased considerably, we have made every effort to keep the adjustment to our free shipping offer as slim as possible. Rather than passing the full increase in shipping costs on to our customers, we are increasing the minimum order for free shipping by $30, from $149 to $179.
As a company, we also remain committed to keeping our product prices as competitive as possible so that the products and services you rely on remain accessible for your practice.
How can you save on shipping?
Whenever possible, we recommend picking up your order from our warehouse to avoid shipping costs altogether.
You can also consider combining your purchases into larger orders to reach the $179 free shipping threshold and get the most value from your order.
