Shipping
Free shipping on all orders over $149.00 (before tax) in Canada, some exclusions apply.
- Free shipping is ONLY for orders over $149.00 in Canada.
- Remote and difficult to serve areas are subject to a different rate, minimize fixed fee is $20. Moreover, remote-area classification may vary and is decided directly by the carrier.
- All orders are shipped via Canada Post or Purolator. We reserve the rights to use any of each carrier.
Some heavy and over-sized products are not including in free shipping; they will be charged in flat rates as follows:

Please note that massage tables are not eligible for flat-rate shipping. Their shipping cost is automatically calculated by the carrier at checkout.
In addition, orders shipped to remote areas that do not qualify for free shipping or flat rates are determined in real time by the Canada Post system.
International customers are responsible for duty taxes and for clearing customs.
Processing and delivery time
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours when products are in stock. Delivery time will take 1- 7 business days depending on your location in Canada.
Returned Shipments & Reshipping Fees
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an incomplete or incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package, or any other customer-related delivery issue, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges incurred.
In most cases, the carrier's return shipping charge is equal to the original shipping cost paid to send the package. If the customer wishes to have the order reshipped, a new shipping charge will apply.
Orders cancelled after being returned to us are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price or $15, whichever is greater. A refund will be issued for the returned products, less the applicable restocking fee. Original shipping charges and any return shipping fees are non-refundable.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
Returns
At Lierre.ca, your shopping experience is always our priority. We accept returns of unopened products up to 14 days after delivery. Items on sale must be returned within 7 days. All returned items must be in their original state with the original tags and product packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase before they can be accepted for a refund.
Opened or used products, final sales or marked non-refundable items are not accepted for return
Missing or damaged products
Please contact our customer service team by email at service@lierre.ca or by phone at 450-973-2999 for assistance with missing or damaged items no later than 72 hours after delivery. Claims after this time range (72 hours) will not be accepted
Defective products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us ASAP and we will issue a waybill for you to return the product. Once we receive the product, we will issue a full refund or send you a replacement.
Subjective Return
All subjective returns can be returned unused within 14 days. Subjective returns (where there has been no mistake on the part of Lierre.ca and no errors with the products) will be charged a 15% restocking fee, or a minimum of $15, whichever is greater.
We only issue pre-paid waybills for
- Defective products
- Incorrect items that were shipped by our mistakes
Otherwise, purchase and return shipping costs are non-refundable
Order cancellation
If you ordered a wrong item or you just don’t want it, you could return it to us at your own expense only if the products are intact and in the original package. Please note that initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
Non-returnable and non-exchangeable items
For public health safe purpose we can NOT accept any returns from products in the following categories due to hygiene or copyrights reasons:
- Massage lotions, oils, gels, creams, essential oils and skin care products.
- Massage table sheets, covers, linens, or bolster covers that have been used or washed.
- Acupuncture needles, TDP Lamps, stimulators, or other therapeutic equipment unless they are in the original packaging with seals intact
- Books, magazines, CD, DVD and charts
- Herbal and medicine products
- Vitamins and tea
- PPE (personal protective equipment)
- Gift cards
- Final sales products, products marked non-refundable or liquidation items
