Orders & Pick up
Yes, you can place your order online and pick it up at our store. Select the 'Pick up at store' option at checkout, and we'll notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection. Or, you can also place your order via email or by calling us, and then come by our store to pick it up.

Yes, changes can be made if your order has not yet been shipped.

to request any additions or modifications.
However, once your order has been shipped, no further changes can be made and a new order will need to be placed.
You can cancel your order before it is shipped out. You can call us 1-450-973-2999 or email us: service@lierre.ca
If the order has been shipped out, it can NOT be cancelled. But you can return it to us when you receive it.
Please be advised that return orders in this case will be an applied shipping charge.
If the order was a paid shipment, the shipment is non-refundable.

Orders held at our Laval warehouse will be kept until you are ready to pick them up.
Packages held at Canada Post or Purolator locations are typically kept for a limited time (usually 5–10 business days only) before being returned to us. We recommend picking up your order as soon as you receive the notice card to avoid any return.
If a package is returned, additional shipping fees may apply.
Shipping & Delivery
Please contact us as early as you can when you find out you have left the wrong address.
If your order is still in process, we can change the shipping address free of charge. Unfortunately, if your order has been shipped out, a change of address will be processed by the carrier company. An extra charge will be added to your bill (charged by the carrier company).
If the order is returned to us by the carrier company due to the incorrect address, a return shipping charge will be added to your bill.

Other provinces: 1–10 business days

Tracking details are sent by email once your order ships.
We recommend checking your community mailbox first. Canada Post may leave a key inside your mailbox for a parcel compartment or a notice card with pickup instructions.
You may also want to check around your entrance, with neighbors, or at your building’s front desk if applicable.
If you’re still unable to locate your package, please contact Canada Post or Purolator as soon as possible with your tracking number. Your tracking number is always sent to you by email.
Shipping and order confirmations are sent by email once your order is processed. Please check your inbox, as well as your spam or junk folder.
If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll be happy to resend your tracking information.
If no email address was provided at checkout, a confirmation may not have been sent.
Oversized and overweight products are not included in free shipping. They are charged in a flat rate. For more details, read our Shipping and Return Policy
If you're situated in a remote area, a flat fee will automatically apply upon check out. Remote areas are solely determined by the shipping carrier.
We ship orders via Canada Post and Purolator, depending on your location.
Yes, this option is available for an additional $3 at checkout.
We recommend selecting this option, especially for higher-value orders, as it helps reduce the risk of theft or misplaced packages.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Please note that certain products (such as herbal items and hygiene-sensitive products) are non-refundable.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective. For full details, please refer to our Shipping and Return Policy.
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery by email at service@lierre.ca

Please include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and arrange a suitable solution.

Yes, we offer both short- and long-term rentals for independent practitioners looking to expand their practice in Laval.

Yes, we offer a classroom space that can accommodate approximately 20–25 students.
