Remove the product from the packaging and unfold the elastic waistband.
After about 30 seconds, when it starts to warm slightly, apply the white side to the waist or abdominal area.
Adjust the patch as needed for a comfortable fit.

Immediately remove the pad and stop using it if the heat becomes uncomfortable or too hot.
For external use only.
Avoid direct sunlight and store in a cool, dry place.
Keep out of reach of children, infants, and pets.
Do not use it in front of the fire, near a heater, with an electric blanket, or with other heating devices.
This is a one-time-use product, please refrain from reusing it.
Do not ingest. If accidentally swallowed, rinse with water immediately and seek medical attention promptly.
People with sensitive skin, allergies, diabetes, frostbite, nerve damage, scars, bruising, paralysis, open wounds, swelling, arthritis, or circulatory problems can not use this product.
The children and pregnant women can not use this product.
Do not use it while sleeping, as it may cause low-temperature burns.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours when products are in stock. Delivery time will take 1- 7 business days depending on your location in Canada. 

Returns

We accept returns of unopened products up to 14 days after delivery. Items on sale must be returned within 7 days. All returned items must be in their original state with the original tags and product packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase before they can be accepted for a refund.
