-Elastic knitting: 99% polyamide, 1% lycra

-First place the thumb, then close around the thumb with the Velcro closure, and do the same around the wrist.
-Can be worn every day, a few hours or all day depending on your needs.
-Can also be worn at night.

-Avoid using magnets or magnetic therapy if you have a pacemaker, implanted medical device, or insulin pump, as they may interfere with sensitive electronic equipment.
-Magnetic products are not recommended for individuals with cancer, those using transdermal patches, during pregnancy, or for children.
-Keep out of reach of children and pets.
-Keep magnets away from magnetic-sensitive items such as metro or parking tickets, as they may be disrupted by the magnetic field.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours when products are in stock. Delivery time will take 1- 7 business days depending on your location in Canada. 

Returns

We accept returns of unopened products up to 14 days after delivery. Items on sale must be returned within 7 days. All returned items must be in their original state with the original tags and product packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase before they can be accepted for a refund.

When you want to cancel an order, you can call or email us. We encourage you to call us directly to avoid any delay. If your order has been shipped out, it can no longer be cancelled.
