-Unfold and lay your warming pad flat on the table, strap side down. The controller and cord should hang down the head end of the table.
-To secure the warming pad to the table, slide each of the elastic straps around its respective corner of the table.
-Set the temperature at a comfortable level of heat by using the controller.

-Do NOT wash the warmer pad in the washing machine. It can only be hand wiped with wet towel and a small quantity of detergent.
-Do NOT put it in a drier, it can ONLY be air dried
-Do NOT connect the pad to power to dry itself
-Do NOT dry it under the sun or iron

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours when products are in stock. Delivery time will take 1- 7 business days depending on your location in Canada. 

Returns

We accept returns of unopened products up to 14 days after delivery. Items on sale must be returned within 7 days. All returned items must be in their original state with the original tags and product packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase before they can be accepted for a refund.
