These 40 mm Ebony Wood Exercise Balls are designed for hand and finger exercises that support coordination, dexterity, grip control, and smooth hand movement.
Each ball features a detailed engraved surface that adds texture and character. The carved pattern helps provide a more secure grip, making the balls easier to hold and less slippery while rotating them in the palm.
The compact 40 mm diameter and lightweight wooden construction make them especially comfortable for users with smaller hands or shorter fingers. Compared with natural stone exercise balls, the wooden material offers a lighter feel that is easy to control during repeated hand and finger movements.
