Electrodes Pads Pack of 4

- Wash skin thoroughly, and then dry it before applying the electrode pads.
- Connect the male snap button to the female snap button, or connect the female socket to the male lead wire before applying them to the skin.
- Tear the electrode out from the release liner.
- Stick the electrode to the skin of the afflicted part, start the treatment.
- Duration of use and using times: the maximum duration for use of our electrodes is one hour per treatment, the recommended maximum number of treatments is 2-3 times a day with at least 2 hours of rest between each use. The maximum number of times can be used of our electrode is 20 times, after that please exchange new electrodes.
- After treatment, take the electrode from skin gently, and stick it back to the release liner. Don’t pull the lead wire directly.
- Put the electrode to the original package for reuse next time.

- Do not use cutaneous electrodes for stimulation(stimulation electrodes) if you have a cardiac pacemaker, implanted defibrillator, or other implanted metallic or electronic device. Such use could cause electric shock, burns, electrical interference, or even death.
- Between uses, store the electrodes in the reusable bag in a shady place.
- Working and storage environment: 5°C - 35°C, humidity below 80%, 500hPa - 1060hPa. No need to sterilize.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours when products are in stock. Delivery time will take 1- 7 business days depending on your location in Canada. 

Returns

We accept returns of unopened products up to 14 days after delivery. Items on sale must be returned within 7 days. All returned items must be in their original state with the original tags and product packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase before they can be accepted for a refund.

When you want to cancel an order, you can call or email us. We encourage you to call us directly to avoid any delay. If your order has been shipped out, it can no longer be cancelled.
