- Before first use, wash cups with warm, soapy water.
- Ensure skin and hands are clean and dry before treatment.
- Place cups only on appropriate treatment areas; excessive body hair may affect adhesion.
- Remove immediately if discomfort, swelling, or pronounced redness occurs.
- After each treatment, wash thoroughly with warm, soapy water to remove residue.
- Disinfect cups after use, especially when used for personal or repeated treatments.
- Keep out of reach of children.

- Do not use on broken skin, fresh cuts, bruises, sunburns, deep scars, rashes, or irritated skin.
- This product is intended for use by trained practitioners only. Do not attempt traditional Chinese medicine treatments without proper training.
- Cupping may cause temporary skin discoloration, including circular marks or bruising. These usually fade within a few days but may last up to two to three weeks.
- Possible side effects include discomfort, swelling, burns, dizziness, light-headedness, blistering, or nausea. Infection may occur if proper hygiene is not followed.
- Use this glass cupping set only for its intended purpose. Improper use may result in discomfort or injury.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours when products are in stock. Delivery time will take 1- 7 business days depending on your location in Canada. 

Returns

We accept returns of unopened products up to 14 days after delivery. Items on sale must be returned within 7 days. All returned items must be in their original state with the original tags and product packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase before they can be accepted for a refund.
