- Inspect the tool before each use and discontinue use if any damage or defects are observed.
- Wash hands before handling the tool.
- Clean and disinfect the tool after each use using mild soap and water or a 75% alcohol solution.
- Dry thoroughly before storage.
- Store in a clean, dry case or pouch to prevent damage and contamination.
- Periodically inspect the tool for wear and replace if necessary.
- Healthcare professionals should assess each patient individually to determine whether IASTM is an appropriate treatment option

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours when products are in stock. Delivery time will take 1- 7 business days depending on your location in Canada. 

Returns

We accept returns of unopened products up to 14 days after delivery. Items on sale must be returned within 7 days. All returned items must be in their original state with the original tags and product packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase before they can be accepted for a refund.
