-Pre-use inspection: before each use, visually inspect the gua sha tools for any signs of damage, wear, or defects. Ensure that there are no sharp edges, cracks, or irregularities that could cause harm during treatment.
-Hand hygiene: always wash your hands thoroughly before handling the gua sha tools to prevent transferring dirt, oils, or germs onto the tools.
-After each use, clean the gua sha tools with mild soap, detergent, or alcohol to disinfect.
-Pat the tools dry with a clean, lint-free towel or allow them to air dry in a clean and well-ventilated area. Avoid using heat sources to speed up the drying process, as excessive heat could damage the tools.
-Consider using a dedicated storage case or pouch to protect the tools from physical damage and contaminant exposure.
-Periodically inspect the tools for signs of wear or damage. If you notice any issues, consider replacing the tool to ensure safe and effective treatment.
-Specific medical conditions, such as but not limited to high pain sensation, acute inflammatory conditions, congestive heart disease/circulatory disorders, osteoporosis, cancer, pregnancy, diabetes, varicose veins, and hypertension, may be considered either precaution or contraindication depending on the client.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours when products are in stock. Delivery time will take 1- 7 business days depending on your location in Canada. 

Returns

We accept returns of unopened products up to 14 days after delivery. Items on sale must be returned within 7 days. All returned items must be in their original state with the original tags and product packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase before they can be accepted for a refund.
