Jade Soft® Silicone Cups

• Clean and disinfect the cups before use.
• Make sure the treatment area is clean and dry.
• For moving or massage cupping, it is recommended to apply
• massage oil, cream of your choice on the targeted area.
• Select the cup size appropriate for the area being treated.
• Squeeze the upper portion of the cup to expel air.
• While maintaining compression form, place the cup onto the skin and release it to create suction.
• For stationary cupping, leave the cup in place according to the treatment technique being used.
• For massage cupping, gently glide the cup across the lubricated skin while maintaining comfortable suction.
• After treatment, clean the treatment area as needed.
• Wash the cups with warm, soapy water to remove oil or cream residue, then disinfect them according to the manufacturer’s instructions. In clinical settings, also follow applicable infection-control procedures.

• Always clean and disinfect reusable cups before first use and between users.
• For clinical use, always follow your clinic’s sanitary guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting the cups.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Use only as intended.
• Individuals with health concerns, medical conditions or uncertainty about whether cupping is appropriate for them should consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before use.
• Traditional Chinese medicine cupping techniques should be performed or supervised by a properly trained practitioner.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours when products are in stock. Delivery time will take 1- 7 business days depending on your location in Canada. 

Returns

We accept returns of unopened products up to 14 days after delivery. Items on sale must be returned within 7 days. All returned items must be in their original state with the original tags and product packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase before they can be accepted for a refund.
