Open the Roller
-Put the moxa cone inside.
-Insert the moxa cone into the head(for face use: insert until it reaches the bottom of then nail; for body use: insert and keep it at the top of the nail).
-Light up the moxa cone.
-Close the lid.
-Roll back and forth over the desired moxibustion area.

-Direct moxibustion can cause burns, which can result in pus, scarring and skin discoloration.
-Please consult healthcare practitioner before using moxa if you’re pregnant, or you have other health issue.
-Do NOT use moxibustion if you are allergic for mugwort, sensitive for smoke, or have lung condition like asthma.
-Moxibustion should not be performed over the face or over other sensitive tissues.
-Moxibustion should not be done on children, or if done, only indirect moxa methods used with extreme caution.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours when products are in stock. Delivery time will take 1- 7 business days depending on your location in Canada. 

Returns

We accept returns of unopened products up to 14 days after delivery. Items on sale must be returned within 7 days. All returned items must be in their original state with the original tags and product packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase before they can be accepted for a refund.
