Lierre Golden Acupuncture needles are sterile single-use packaged individually in classic blister packs. These acupuncture needles feature a chinese-style copper loop handle, and surgical-grade stainless steel shaft with the entire needle plated in 18k gold with no silicone coating.
With its gold-plated surface, this needle is generally well tolerated and may be preferred by practitioners for patients with sensitive skin or sensitivity to metals. In traditional acupuncture practice, gold needles have also been associated with tonifying techniques and Qi stimulation.
These needles are manufactured through an automated machine process to ensure and maintain consistently sharp needles in each pack.

Processing and delivery time
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours when products are in stock. Delivery time will take 1- 7 business days depending on your location in Canada.
Returns
We accept returns of unopened products up to 14 days after delivery. Items on sale must be returned within 7 days. All returned items must be in their original state with the original tags and product packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase before they can be accepted for a refund.
