-Place moxa cone inside of the moxibustion rod, and close the rod with the black rounded metal cover. The Moxa rod will heat up and become very hot.
-Carefully begin to place or glide the moxibustion rod over any desired part of the body.
-This moxa rod does not roll, therefore you must manually move it and control it with the handle.

-Direct moxibustion can cause burns, which can result in pus, scarring and skin discoloration.
-Please consult healthcare practitioner before using moxa if you’re pregnant, or you have other health issue.
-Do NOT use moxibustion if you are allergic for mugwort, sensitive for smoke, or have lung condition like asthma.
-Moxibustion should not be performed over the face or over other sensitive tissues.
-Moxibustion should not be done on children, or if done, only indirect moxa methods used with extreme caution.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours when products are in stock. Delivery time will take 1- 7 business days depending on your location in Canada. 

Returns

We accept returns of unopened products up to 14 days after delivery. Items on sale must be returned within 7 days. All returned items must be in their original state with the original tags and product packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase before they can be accepted for a refund.

Cancellation of orders

When you want to cancel an order, you can call or email us. We encourage you to call us directly to avoid any delay. If your order has been shipped out, it can no longer be cancelled.
