Position your humidifier at a desired place
Turn on and adjust any settings
Clean the humidifier regularly

Do NOT use with essential oils as it can harm the humidifier.
Too much humidity in a room can be dangerous.
Unclean humidifiers can emit harmful elements that can lead to respiratory problems.
Warm mist humidifiers may burn children if touched.
Cool mist humidifiers may disperse hazardous minerals and other particles that irritate the lungs.
Distilled water is the safest type of water to use with a humidifier.
An older humidifier may contain harmful bacteria or mold that you can’t clean or remove.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours when products are in stock. Delivery time will take 1- 7 business days depending on your location in Canada. 

Returns

We accept returns of unopened products up to 14 days after delivery. Items on sale must be returned within 7 days. All returned items must be in their original state with the original tags and product packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase before they can be accepted for a refund.
