These 45 mm natural stone exercise balls are a compact option for practicing hand and finger coordination. Their smaller diameter makes them easier to hold and rotate, especially for users with smaller hands or shorter fingers.
Used as a pair, the balls can be gently rotated in the palm to practice finger movement, dexterity, grip control, and hand coordination. Their smooth polished surface allows them to move comfortably against one another during use.
Made from natural stone, each pair has its own colour, pattern, and surface variations, making every set slightly unique.

- Material composition: 100% authentic, hand-selected natural stone
- Surface Polish: Ultra-smooth, glassy finish for friction-free movement
- Size: 45 mm diameter
