-Light the end of the incense stick until a flame is established. Allow it to burn for a few seconds to ensure it is properly lit.
-Gently fan out or blow out the flame.

-Use a proper incense burner or stand made from heat-resistant material.
-Ensure incense is completely extinguished after use.
-Keep out of the reach of children.
-Use this product only for the intended purpose.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours when products are in stock. Delivery time will take 1- 7 business days depending on your location in Canada. 

Returns

We accept returns of unopened products up to 14 days after delivery. Items on sale must be returned within 7 days. All returned items must be in their original state with the original tags and product packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase before they can be accepted for a refund.
