What is Zheng Gu Shui?

Zheng Gu Shui, or also known as "Bone-setting liquid", is a Traditional Chinese liniment that acts like an external analgesic. For a long time in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Zheng Gu Shui has been known to relieve qi and blood stagnation, soothe pain, and promote healing.

In the past, liniment was used to treat fractures, broken bones and injuries suffered in combat. Presently, Chinese medicine practitioners use it to stimulate blood circulation, eliminate blood stasis, relieve muscular tension, activate meridians, reduce swelling, and relieve pain.
